The Board of Directors at AG2 Consulting Group is the highest authority in charge of supervising the business, and is responsible for taking the necessary actions to ensure proper corporate management; taking care of the interests of shareholders, customers, employees and suppliers. Its members are senior executives with experience in transnational listed companies (NYSE: New York Stock Exchange) who exercise their high level of competitiveness and vision so that our company grows sustainably and the business affairs of AG2 Consulting Group are conducted with excellence, supported by the integrity, experience and honesty of the companys senior management.
DONALD BUSBY
GENERAL COUNSEL
Donald C. Busby served as President of Global Operations, Alcoa Fastening Systems, Industrial Division since January, 2002. This position included management responsibility of manufacturing plants and distribution centers in the United States and foreign countries. Engaged in broad management experience including manufacturing, engineering, finance, sales/marketing and human resource. Entered the fastener business in 1979, serving as Vice President and General Manager of Huck Fastening Systems and later as President of Industrial Products, initially with Federal Mogul Corporation and subsequently with Cordant Technologies. Has held various positions in business and trade associations including past Division Chair of the Industrial Fasteners Institute. He is the recipient of five U.S. fastener patents. His early career consisted of management positions in manufacturing and quality assurance in the military equipment industry. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas A&M University.
ROBERT J. CORBETT
GENERAL COUNSEL
ROBERT J CORBETT served as Director of Technical Services at Arconic Fastening Systems from 2005 to 2017. Among his responsibilities and goals was to achieve that the company increased revenues with new advanced fastening systems, in addition to achieving a Corporate Continuous Improvement Management in two national and three international operations. Highly professional and technically strong manager and leader with over 30 years of experience who achieves profitable growth by balancing collaboration, creativity, and vision.
He has held Vice President and General Manager positions at companies such as Huck International and Kaiser Fluid Technologies (KFT) that have guided him to improve Lean Manufacturing processes, improving profits, cash flow and productivity. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Baylor University.
ALFONSO GONZÁLEZ VÉLEZ
GENERAL COUNSEL & CEO
Entrepreneur with more tan 20 years of experience in the aerospace, automotive, mining, energy and government industries. Expert in soft landing, mergers, acquisitions, creation of business plan and institutionalization of companies, operations management, business planning, quality management, management and continuous improvement, from the perspective of senior management to operational levels. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Texas Tech University; Harvard Manage Mentor from Harvard University, graduated in the Senior Management Program AD2 / IPADE and with diplomas such as the Executive Program in Energy Investments ITAM.
